Downtown Milwaukee Restaurant Launches Spring/Summer Menu

Featuring Seasonal Lobster Dishes

Mason Street Grill is owned and managed by Marcus® Hotels & Resorts. Executive Chef Mark Weber, the mastermind behind Mason Street Grill’s mouthwatering cuisine, now adds a selection of lobster appetizers, salads and main courses to get lobster season off to a tasty start.

Chef Weber travels to Maine to directly source fresh, in-season lobster to ensure Mason Street Grill diners get their seafood fix with his delicious lobster dishes. On Fridays and Saturdays, patrons can enjoy Mason Street Grill’s $30 lobster boil, a Wisconsin take on a Northeastern tradition, including a whole Maine lobster, corn on the cob, red potato, clams, mussels and linguiça sausage.

• Lobster cocktail with cilantro honey lime vinaigrette, avocado and red onion
• Lobster salad with cilantro honey lime vinaigrette, avocado, oranges and fennel
• Broiled whole Maine lobster, crab stuffing, asparagus and red potatoes
