Downtown Milwaukee Restaurant Launches Spring/Summer Menu

Featuring Seasonal Lobster Dishes


Milwaukee, advice WI – Mason Street Grill, Milwaukee’s quintessential neighborhood restaurant and lounge, announces the addition of several fresh lobster dishes to its spring/summer 2012 menu. Mason Street Grill is owned and managed by Marcus® Hotels & Resorts. Executive Chef Mark Weber, the mastermind behind Mason Street Grill’s mouthwatering cuisine, now adds a selection of lobster appetizers, salads and main courses to get lobster season off to a tasty start.

Chef Weber travels to Maine to directly source fresh, in-season lobster to ensure Mason Street Grill diners get their seafood fix with his delicious lobster dishes. On Fridays and Saturdays, patrons can enjoy Mason Street Grill’s $30 lobster boil, a Wisconsin take on a Northeastern tradition, including a whole Maine lobster, corn on the cob, red potato, clams, mussels and linguiça sausage.

“Mason Street Grill is excited and proud to offer a fresh, rich selection of lobster to the Milwaukee area,” said Executive Chef Mark Weber. “We’ve incorporated flavorful ingredients and sides to perfectly complement the lobster and provide our guests with an unparalleled dining experience.”

Other lobster menu items include:

  • Lobster cocktail with cilantro honey lime vinaigrette, avocado and red onion
  • Lobster salad with cilantro honey lime vinaigrette, avocado, oranges and fennel
  • Broiled whole Maine lobster, crab stuffing, asparagus and red potatoes
